About Larry
I work with high-performing fathers who are successful in the world and increasingly aware of the distance that success can create at home.
These men are often competent, responsible, and deeply committed to their families. They do not lack love. They are not searching for slogans or a temporary surge of motivation. They are searching for a more coherent way to live.
Dad’s Oath Renewed grew from the conviction that meaningful work and meaningful family life should not be opposing ambitions. A man should be able to build, lead, achieve, and provide without becoming emotionally unavailable to the people for whom he is doing those things.
My role is to help fathers examine the patterns shaping their homes, clarify what their ambitions are costing, and build practical ways of returning to connection, presence, and intentional leadership.
I approach this work with calm honesty rather than judgment. Every man drifts. The question is whether he recognizes the drift before it becomes his destination.
